Following the orders from BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar, the officials of Municipal Corporation removed old and ruined mill in Shivajinagar in Karimnagar city on Saturday.
Karimnagar: Following the orders from BC Welfare and Civil Supplies Minister Gangula Kamalakar, the officials of Municipal Corporation removed old and ruined mill in Shivajinagar in Karimnagar city on Saturday.
Obliging the request of the residents of Shivajinagar, Minister Kamalakar inspected the mill that was in worse condition with bats and weeds grown in the surroundings and causing lot of pollution and disturbance to the people living in surrounding areas. The Minister ordered the officials to demolish the building and the officials responded immediately and dismantled the building with the help of JCB.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Kamalakar appealed the people to bring to his notice whatever the problems they are suffering with in their colonies and assured of taking initiation for solving them for the wellbeing of the people.
He appreciated TRS leaders Adla Ashok and Saritha along with Dr Sridevi and Anjan Kumar for bringing the issue to his notice. MLC Naradasu Laxman Rao, SUDA Chairman GV Rama Krishna Rao, former Deputy Mayor G Ramesh and the locals were present along with others.
