Officials warn public against illegal layouts
Illegal ventures are coming up in the town, especially at the outskirts, where layouts without proper permissions are multiplying every day. Local people allege that the ventures are coming up as the officials concerned have colluded with realtors.

There are several ventures in survey numbers 141 and 143, which are ready for sale of plots. Sellers are marking boundaries and are attracting buyers. Earlier, while razing the illegal structures, officials warned that people who bought the plots in these illegal layouts would face difficulties in future. Even though, the realtors did not stop their activities.
When contacted Building Inspector Jishan, about the illegal real estate venture, he admitted that they have received complaints against the irregularities. He said they were looking into the matter and would take action in a couple of days. He appealed the people not to buy plots in those ventures. He also advised them to visit municipal officer and verify documents before purchasing any plot.
