Officials told to submit draft voters list today in Yadadri-Bhongir

Yadadri-Bhongir: District Collector Anita Ramachandran directed the officials concerned to announce ward-wise voters list on Wednesday. On Tuesday, she held a meeting with municipal commissioners and district resource persons at her office and discussed the arrangements to be made for forthcoming municipal elections in the district.

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector instructed the municipal commissioners to complete the division of wards and issue draft voters' list with details of SC, ST, BC and women voters on Wednesday without fail. She advised the officials to tally voters' list with T-Poll software.

Appointment of nodal and zonal officers were also discussed in the meeting. Meanwhile, she appointed six teachers for training and issued orders and directed them to carry out the required duties till the completion of election process and provide necessary training to the election staff.

She directed municipal commissioners to conduct meeting with representatives of political parties in their offices.

Municipal commissioners, master trainers, Collectorate Administrative Officer Srinivas Raju, Nagalaxmi and others attended the meeting.
