Nizamabad: Roads and Buildings Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will never stop implementing development programmes and welfare schemes in the State even during the economic recession.
On Wednesday, he had participated in various activities at Anksapoor and Bheegal towns in Velpur mandal. At Anksapur, the Minister distributed sheep free to cattlemen and later Bathukamma saris were distributed to women. Speaking on the occasion, Minister Prashanth Reddy said any welfare scheme will not be stopped due to recession, which occurred due to the Central government's economic policies. "The TRS government is ready to face adverse economic conditions and the Chief Minister's policies are designed in such a way that people will not suffer any financial inconvenience," he said.
Prashant Reddy urged the cattlemen not to sell the sheep as the main purpose behind the sheep distribution is to improve the Golla and Kurma community people.
