In the first instalment, vaccine will be given to the health department staff; and in the second instalment it will be given to the frontline employees of municipal and panchayat sanitation staff, police, revenue and other departments. In third instalment, steps will be taken to ensure that all people under the age group of 50 years will be vaccinated within six months.
