National Lok Adalats in Karimnagar on Feb 11

District Judge B Pratima informed that National Lok Adalats will be held in the combined Karimnagar district on February 11 and asked the public to utilise the opportunity for the settlement of negotiable cases.

Speaking at a meeting held at the District Court here on Friday, she said that as per the orders of the National Judicial Service Authority, Delhi and Telangana State Judicial Service Authority, Hyderabad, District Judicial Service Authority, Karimnagar will organise Lok Adalats in all the courts of the district.
She said that 1,739 cases of litigation and 167 cases of pre-litigation have been identified in the district. Criminal cases, civil suits and the cases related to family feuds, bank cases and chit fund cases and other can be settled conveniently by the National Lok Adalat with the consent of both the parties.
Pratima said that those who want to clear their doubts can contact the National Lok Adalat of the District Court. District Family Court Judge Vivek Kumar, Second Additional Judge Vani, District Legal Service Organization secretary B Sujay and others participated in this programme.
