The admit cards of the National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA) 2019 will be released today, April 1. All the candidates can check the admit cards from the following website of NATA, the link for which is nata.in

NATA 2019: Exam date

♦ First examination: April 14

♦. second examination: July 7

Further, appearing in the second test is not mandatory and is purely at the discretion of the applicants.

Note: Candidates can register themselves either for the first test or second or both by filling in the application form appropriately.

Exam timings.

.From 10 am to 11 am and from 11: 15 am to 1:15 pm.

NATA Admit card 2019: Here's how to download

♦ Loginto the official website, nata.in

♦. Click on admit card/hall ticket 2019

♦. Enter your registration number and other details in the space provided

♦ Click on submit

♦ Admit cards will be displayed on the screen

♦ Download it and take print out of the same for future use.

NOTE: "Candidates must ensure that the photograph and signature printed on the admit card are not mutilated/distorted/soiled even by accident. Candidates with such mutilated/ distorted/soiled admit cards will not be allowed to appear in NATA -2019.

Drawing test:

The candidate has to attempt two questions within 120 minutes

The drawing aptitude is judged on the following aspects:

♦ Ability to sketch a given object proportionately and rendering the same in a visually appealing manner.

♦ visualisingand drawing the effects of light on the object and shadows cast on surroundings

♦ sense of perspective drawing

♦ understanding the scale and proportions

♦ Drawing from memory through pencil sketch on themes from day to day experiences.

♦ using of dimensional compositions using given shapes and forms.

♦ .Creating visual harmony using colors in a given composition.

ABOUT THE NATA EXAM:

The National Aptitude Exam Test in Architecture is being conducted by COA since 2006, in terms of the provisions of CoA minimum standards of Architecture Education Regulations, 1983, published in the Gazette of India it is implied that a separate test should be conducted for Architecture and it should not be combined with engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine and any other disciplines.
