MLA Dr Ananad seeks probe into govt hospital affairs

Vikarabad: MLA Dr Ananad made surprise visit to the local government hospital here on Thursday. He enquired about the allegations against some of the hospital staff that they misbehaved with women attendants.

He directed the District Medical and Health Officer to conduct an inquiry into the allegations on the hospital staff. He warned that departmental action would be initiated if the allegations proved to be true. The MLA said all patients should be treated in time and be given due respect.

RDO Vishwanadham also visited the hospital and enquired about the facilities there. He directed the staff to extend timely medical assistance to patients. Action would be taken if negligence is found in medical care, he warned.
