Mahbubnagar: Commemorating the 11th Annual Sports Day of Kendriya Vidyalaya School at Yenugonda in Mahbubnagar district, the students were asked to excel both in sports as well as studies for improving overall personality, by chief guest Vidyadharji, who graced the occasion on Wednesday.
Ever since the establishment of a Kendriya Vidyalaya Central School in 2008, for the first time in Mahbubnagar district, the school has gradually grown from strength to strength during the past 11 years. Initially the school was housed in a rented premises and had no adequate space and both the primary and higher education sections were conducted in different places, but with the consistent efforts of Mahbubnagar leaders and district officials, the central government released funds and two years back the Kendriya Vidyalaya school had now got a sprawling school premises, with beautiful school building and play grounds for different sports.
