Mulugu: BRS Working President KT Rama Rao stepped in to support the education of Penuka Shruti, an impoverished tribal student who secured admission for higher studies, ensuring financial hardship does not obstruct her academic journey.

Penuka Shruti, a resident of Veerapur village in Tadvai Mandal of Mulugu district, earned a seat for the BSc course at Kodangal Agricultural College through hard work and determination.

However, meeting educational costs proved challenging for her family, who depend entirely on daily wage labor. Responding to an appeal posted by Shruti on social platform X, KTR assured prompt financial assistance.

Acting on instructions from KTR BRS Mulugu District President Kakulamarri Lakshman Babu visited Shruti home in person and handed over financial aid worth Rs 50,000.

During the visit, Lakshman Babu interacted with the family and arranged a direct phone conversation between Shruti and KTR . Speaking over the phone, KTR offered words of reassurance, advising Shruti not to worry about educational expenses and promising to take full responsibility for her studies.

He encouraged her to pursue her academic goals confidently and aim for significant achievements in life.
