The women employees of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited, the students of Singareni Women's College and members of the various women's organizations took out a huge rally demanding immediate punishment to the offenders involved in the veterinary doctor's alleged rape and murder case.
Kothagudem: The women employees of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited, the students of Singareni Women's College and members of the various women's organisations took out a huge rally demanding immediate punishment to the offenders involved in the veterinary doctor's alleged rape and murder case.
After paying tributes to the victim woman, they said there was a need to amend the laws and punish the culprits severely. Over 1,500 members took part in the rally.
Company Director N Balaram, General Managers K Basavaiah and A Kumar Reddy, Singareni Employee Women Protection Cell (Corporate) Committee chairperson Dr. Malathi, members of the committee S Sailaja, Jhansi, Madhavi, Saradha, company vice-president M Somi Reddy, students and women staff took part in the rally.
