RTC employees beg on the streets as part of their protest
Kothagudem: On day 12 of the strike, the JAC leaders and RTC workers staged a protest by begging on the streets of Kothagudem town on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the JAC leader and CPM party district secretary A Kanakaiah said that the State government has turned RTC workers into beggars and stated that the government has not budged from its stand though 12 days have been passed.
"By keeping mum on the RTC issue, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is proving that he is ruling the State with an iron fist," he said, adding CPM party was giving full support to the strike.
Party leaders K Sridhar, Bala Raju, Bhukya Ramesh, V Ramesh, Raju, Harikrishna, Muthaiah and RTC workers took part in the protest.
