Karimnagar Assistant Collector celebrates Bathukamma with students

Karimnagar: Assistant Collector Praveenya said that education should not be a stopped or become a barrier for future development. The Assistant Collector attended the valedictory programme of SC/ST girls training programme at Mahila Pranganam, LMD colony here on Friday.
She urged the girls to continue their education and motivated them to become entrepreneurs by utilising the opportunities of the government. "Girls need to be more vigilant in this crime-oriented society," she added. The girls presented their views about the training programme which included training on safety, security, nutrition, health and social issues.
The Assistant Collector distributed certificates and kit material. She celebrated Bathukamma festival along with the girls. District Manager DMSVK Sabita, Timmapur MPP Vanita, ZPTC Shailaja, Sarpanch Srivani, Pranganam staff Sunanda, Sudha, Kishan Reddy, Sarita, Tirumala, Srinivas, R Laxman also participated.
