With the high court backing the Telangana govt's decision of privatisation of routes and passing the case to the labour court, RTC JAC backslid on strike and announced that the attack would be called off if the employees are taken into duties.

RTC JAC convenor Ashwathama Reddy said that the govt should invite for talks we are ready and demanded the govt not take any action against the workers who join the duties. Moreover, the workers should not be asked to sign any conditions.

RTC JAC leaders said they respect the High Court verdict and asked the government to respect the judgment of the court and believes that justice will prevail in the Labor Court.

The decision came out after the JAC leaders held a meeting with all its unions on Wednesday afternoon and requested the govt to take the employees into the duties unconditionally.
