Addressing the media in Bhoodan Pochampally on Friday, Komatireddy said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was pursuing monopolistic politics after coming to power in the State for the second time.

Exemplifying the Inter exams goof-up, he termed State government as inefficient. "Government played with the lives of lakh of students of the State by giving Inter marks tabulation work to inefficient and inexperienced Globarena Technologies," he alleged.

He expressed his concern over the suicide of 20 students after the announcement of Inter results.

He called upon the people of the State to back Congress in the upcoming ZPTC and MPTC elections to teach a befitting lesson to KCR and his coterie.

He exuded confidence that AICC chief Rahul Gandhi would become the next Prime Minister of the country. He assured to fulfill all his poll promises after winning the MP election on May 23. He informed that as many as 5 crore families in the country would get Rs 6,000 per month under NYAY scheme after Congress comes to power at the Centre.

Komati listed out the failures of the State government in the past five years and explained his own agenda to develop Bhongir parliament territorial after elected to power.

District Congress Committee president Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy, vice-president Sama Madhusudan Reddy, TPCC secretary Tadaka Kalpana Kumari, party's Kisan Cell president Marri Narsimha Reddy, mandal party president Paka Mallesh Yadav and local leaders attended the press meet.
