Hyderabad: Congress MLA from Sangareddy Assembly constituency T Jagga Reddy on Thursday said that he would undertake a tour of Manjeera dam on June 4 along with Congress leaders. He said that intention of the tour is to expose the mistakes of the government which led the dam to go dry. He said that former Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao's unwise decision to leave the water of the dam downstream has emptied it. As there were no inflows in the previous monsoon season, the dam has no water now.
The MLA said that the Chief Minister was not giving appointments even to the legislators. Probably it was the only government in the country which has been ignoring the MLAs, he said.
