"The water supply to the ORR is about 472 MGDs (million gallons per day), which is approximately 214 crore liters of fresh water. It is hoped that, this walk-through programme will reduce the water supply by 5 per cent if we could control wastage of fresh water," said Dana Kishore, MD, HMWSSB.
