Hyderabad: The SHE teams of Rachakonda police in the month of February have booked 46 persons for eve-teasing and stopped 3 child marriages.

According to a press release from SHE teams, it is noted that the department have booked 46 cases, out of which 27 were majors and 19 were minors.

After booking the persons, the cops have counselled them in presence of their family members. Few important cases solved by the SHE teams were of sexual harassment by a person on the pretext of offering job and another one is a stalker, who was harassing a minor girl.

The cops of SHE teams conducted decoy operations and nabbed the culprits after receiving complaint from the girls.

Apart from booking eve-teasers, the department have also been successful in averting 3 child marriages at different places in Bhongir and Boduppal.
