Hyderabad: 3 arrested in double murder case at Langer Houz
Hyderabad: Three people were arrested by the police for their involvement in the double murder that took place at Langer Houz on Friday night. A rowdy-sheeter, Arshad, main accused in the case and two others of his gang were arrested.
Hyderabad: Three people were arrested by the police for their involvement in the double murder that took place at Langer Houz on Friday night. A rowdy-sheeter, Arshad, main accused in the case and two others of his gang were arrested.
Getting into details, around six people in a car chased the victims Chandi Sheik Mohammad and Faisuddin who were on a bike. Initially, the gang hit the bike with the car. When they fell on the road, the gang stabbed the two to death. The police detained three persons and launched a manhunt for the other three persons who fled the spot.
The police suspected that three might have gone towards Mumbai. They said that the old rivalry between the two gangs led to the incident. It is learned that Chandi Sheik who moved to Mumbai from sometime had returned to Hyderabad after the lockdown was announced.
Hyderabad Commissioner of Police Anjani Kumar visited the spot and enquired about the incident. Efforts are underway to nab few more who involved in the murder. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to Osmania General Hospital for post-mortem.
