Four women were killed and seven people injured when a tourist bus overturned on Ananthagiri Road in Vikarabad district.
The victims and injured passengers were residents of Patancheru. They were travelling from Kesaram, near Patancheru, to Chintakunta when the accident occurred.
Minister Vivek Venkataswamy expressed shock over the crash and offered condolences to the families of those killed. He spoke by telephone with the Sangareddy Collector and instructed officials to ensure the injured received quality medical care.
