Follow National Green Tribunal instructions in Nirmal
Collectors of all districts were told to follow National Green Tribunal’s instructions on management of solid wastage management, bio-medical wastage, river pollution, air pollution and sand mining according to the rules.

Chief Secretary SK Joshi gave orders to the district chiefs on waste management through video conference on Thursday. He told them to draft district plans as per National Green Tribunal. He asked the Collectors to arrange district-level committees, to conduct regular meetings and note it in minute's book and send the quarterly report to the government. He also inquired about the implementation.
Joshi directed the Collectors to show the solid management plant located at Jeedimetla in Hyderabad to the Municipal Commissioners of all districts.
'Make sure to arrange dumping yards in urban and rural areas. Arrange tractors or cycle rickshaws to collect garbage in towns and villages.' The Chief Secretary wanted the Collectors to create awareness among house owners and common people. Keep an eye on urbanisation and industrialisation, if necessary arrange air quality stations, he told the Collectors.
Forest special secretary Ajay Mishra, Nirmal District Collector Prashanthi, ZP CEO Sudheer, District Industrial Officer Narshimha Reddy, Pollution Control Board Officer Manasa, Municipal DEE Santosh Kumar, DPRO Kareem and others attended the video conference.
