Cyberabad police, CAPF conduct flag march
In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and to build confidence among voters, the Cyberabad police along with the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) conducted a flag march in Jeedimetla police station limits on Friday.
Hyderabad: In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and to build confidence among voters, the Cyberabad police along with the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) conducted a flag march in Jeedimetla police station limits on Friday.
Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar along with 800 CAPFs, 60 CAR, 40 Special Party Police and 100 local police participated in the flag march. The march covered seven kilometres stretch with bands and horses. It started from MJS function hall and passed through Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, NLB Nagar, Imran hotel, Rhoda Mistry Nagar, Srinivas Nagar, Maqdoom Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Bhagatsingh Nagar and concluded at Chintal MNR function hall.
The Commissioner said the flag march was conducted to create a sense of confidence among the public as the elections approach. The Commissioner said everyone must cast their vote as it is the responsibility of every citizen to exercise their franchise.
