The Cyberabad Cybercrime police who intensified their investigation in the forgery and cheating cases booked on TV 9 former CEO Ravi Prakash and actor Shivaji, has reportedly collected many key evidences in the case. According to the Cybercrime sources, by using the advanced technology they retrieved the mails of Ravi Prakash from the main servor which were earlier deleted by the associates of Ravi Prakash from the hard discs which were seized by the cops during the searches at his office.
During the mail checks they reportedly collected key evidences which proves the alleged conspiracy hatched by Ravi Prakash, his associates and Shivaji to trouble the new management of TV 9, who bought 90 percent shares of the company. The evidences reportedly reveals that they created a draft on April, 13, 2019 and forged it as they have made an agreement on February 20, 2018. In the draft, they tried to create it as Ravi Prakash sold 40, 000 shares to Shivaji on February 20, 2018, before the new management bought the shares. Cybercrime cops said that Ravi Prakash by hatching a conspiracy with Shivaji and his other associates made a forgery draft and instigated Shivaji to file a case against the new management in NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) and trouble them.
With the collection of new evidences, Cybercrime police are planning to issue notices to Ravi Prakash soon under section 41 A CrPC and preparing a questionnaire to quiz him and Shivaji, who were not appeared before them till now after serving the notices to them twice to furnish their stand on the cases filed against them. On the other hand, Cybercrime sleuths enquired MKVN Murthy, former CFO of TV 9 and sought clarifications from him. They are also enquiring on the financial transactions made between Ravi Prakash and Shivaji earlier.
