The city police have launched Cordon and search operation at Pochamma Basti of Malakpet in the early hours on Sunday.
About 87 police personnel led by joint CP Ramesh, Additional DCP Govind Reddy, ACP Sudarshan conducted the search leading to the seizure of 41 bikes having no valid documents.
On August 24, 2019, the police took six people into custody and seized 57 vehicles during cordon and search operation conducted at Shivaji Nagar and KS Rao Nagar in Borabanda.
The arrested six persons are learned to have maintaining contact with criminals.
