Cops told to upload cases info online in Karimnagar
The police personnel, along with developing awareness on the changes that are taking in the technology, must utilise it to crack down the cases, told Commissioner of Police VB Kamalasan Reddy at a crime review meeting at the Police Commissionerate in Karimnagar on Wednesday.

Speaking at the meeting, the CP said that by maintaining the records properly in police stations, the details of the cases must be uploaded time to time without keeping any information in pending. By keeping a constant vigil on illegal activities, the police personnel must keep a check on such activities and should not give any scope further, he ordered.
By conducting review meetings, police personnel of various departments and cops must focus on drunk and drive, using of helmets, overloading of vehicles and rash driving along with inspecting Blue Colts and patrolling of police functioning and also must encourage people for installing CCTV cameras in their localities, he said.
Later, Commissioner of Police Kamalasan Reddy handed over rewards to the police personnel, who rendered best services in previous month.
ACPs Usha Rani, Shoban Kumar, Ashok, Krupakar, Regya Naik and other police officials were present.
