Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Cybercrime sleuths on Thursday claimed that they have collected many key evidences against TV9'former CEO Ravi Prakash and actor Shivaji who are facing forgery and cheating cases.
According to the Cybercrime sources, by using the advanced technology they retrieved the mails of Ravi Prakash from the main server which were earlier deleted from the hard discs by the associates of Ravi Prakash. During the searches the Cybercrime sleuths seized the 12 hard discs at his office and later sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory.
During the checking of mails they collected the key evidences regarding the alleged conspiracy hatched by Ravi Prakash, his associates and Shivaji to trouble the new management Alanda Media of TV 9, who bought 90 percent shares of the ABCL company.
The evidences reveal that they prepared a draft on April 13, 2019 in Vijayawada and forged it as they made an agreement on February 20, 2018. In the draft, they forged the document as Ravi Prakash sold 40, 000 shares to Shivaji on February 20, 2018, before the new management Alanda Media bought the shares.
They further found that Ravi Prakash by hatching a conspiracy with Shivaji and his other associates made a forgery draft and later instigated Shivaji to file a case against the new management in NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) to trouble them. With the collection of new evidences, Cybercrime police have issued notices to Ravi Prakash under section 41 A CrPC.
They are searching for him and Shivaji since both of them did not respond to their earlier two notices and appeared before them to furnish their stand on the cases filed against them. On the other hand, Cybercrime sleuths enquired MKVN Murthy, former CFO of TV 9 and sought clarifications from him. They also quizzed him on the financial transactions made between Ravi Prakash and Shivaji earlier.
