Congress Legislative Party leader Bhatti Vikramarka along with the party leaders met the governor Tamilisai Sounderarajan on Friday and submitted a memorandum over the failures of central and state government.

Congress Legislative Party leader Bhatti Vikramarka along with the party leaders met the governor Tamilisai Sounderarajan on Friday and submitted a memorandum over the failures of central and state government. They also brought TSRTC issue to the notice of the governor.

Earlier in the day, the Congress leaders were prevented from taking out a rally from Gandhi Bhavan to Raj Bhavan. Tight security was deployed to prevent the leaders from coming out from the Gandhi Bhavan. However, the Congress leaders who tried to take out the rally were taken into custody.

On the other hand, protests were staged in front of all the district collector offices after the Congress leaders called for the lay siege to collectorates today. Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Konda Surekha, and MLA Veeraiah protested at Ekasila park in Hanamkonda and were arrested when tried to lay siege to collectorate.
