All set for MPTC, ZPTC polls tomorrow in Telangana

All the arrangements have been made for the first phase of MPTC and ZPTC polls in the state tomorrow. In the first phase, the polling will be held for 2,097 MPTC, 195 ZPTC seats from 7 am to 5 pm.
Of the 5,817 MPTC seats, the poll is being held for 2,166 seats in the first phase from which 69 were declared as unanimous. Similarly, the poll is being held for 197 ZPTC seats in the first phase of which two were declared unanimous. There are 538 ZPTC seats in the state.
The polling for 217 MPTC seats in the Maoist hit areas like Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mancherial, Mulugu, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad will be held in the first phase.
