180 quintals of PDS rice seized in Yellandu
The police officials with the accused and the seized 108 quintals of PDS rice in Marrigudem Thanda of Yellandu mandal on Friday
Yellandu: The police and the Task Force officials seized 180 quintals of the subsidy rice at a house in Marrigudem Thanda in Yellandu on Friday.
On a tip off, the Task Force officers along with local police raided the house and took hold of 108 quintals of PDS rice stored besides arresting B Kotesh of Thanda, informed CI Ramesh. Police officials Jagan, Venkat, Narayana, Sai and others carried out the raids.
