Xiaomi Launches MI Air Purifier 2C In India

Xiaomi launches its Redmi Note 8 series today in India at a starting price of Rs 9,999. The company also unveiled its affordable air purifier called — Mi Air Purifier 2C along with the smartphones. This air purifier is the successor of Mi Air Purifier 2S. Air purifiers purify the air indoor and make our life easy-breezy, not only dust, but they also remove allergens, bacteria and virus from your surroundings. These days there are many options in the market if you are looking forward to buying one. Check out this air purifier specification launched from Xiaomi. Last year the Mi Air Purifier 2S was launched for Rs 8,999.

Pricing and Availability of Mi Air Purifier 2C

The newly launched Mi Air Purifier 2C cost around 6,499 and can be purchased on Mi.com. It will also be available on Flipkart, Amazon from October 21 along with the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro.

Specifications of Mi Air Purifier 2C

The Mi Air Purifier 2C bring along dual filtration technology and HEPA filter. The company claims that the purifier filters 99.97 per cent of indoor pollution and has air suction of 360 degrees. It has 1000+ intake holes and delivers a clean air delivery rate (CADR) of 350 cubic metres per hour.

On the front, it features a tri-colour LED indicator that indicates the quality of air by changing its colour accordingly. It shows options like clear air, moderate pollution level, and severe pollution level. When it comes to weight, it weighs around 4.2 kg and measures 240 x 240 x 520 mm. To detect air pollution levels, it uses infrared sensors. It comes with DIY filters that will allow users to change the filter without any difficulty.

It needs 18 W of power and produces 63 dB of the noise level.
