Expedite Mission Bhagiratha works, says Jagitial Collector

Jagitial: District Collector Dr A Sharath ordered the officials to speed up the Mission Bhagiratha works and complete them as early as possible. The Collector held a review meeting with officials to discuss about on the ongoing works of Mission Bhagiratha in the district here at Collectorate conference hall in Jagitial on Friday.

Speaking on this occasion, the Collector directed the officials to complete the water supplying works in each and every village by the end of this month and said that it was the responsibility of Assistant Engineers to ensure the completion of the works organised by the agencies apart from taking necessary steps for completing the leakage works of pipe lines immediately.

The Collector directed the officials to deploy the staff wherever necessary by shifting them from where the Mission Bhagiratha was completed.
The Collector also directed the officials to finish up patching works of road after completion of road excavation works in the part of Mission Bhagiratha. Rural Water Supply Superintending Engineer Srinivas Rao, D Es, A Es and others were present in the meeting.
