Sexy siren Raai Laxmi who is known for her item songs in Telugu, is playing an author-backed role in her upcoming film ‘Where Is The Venkatalakshmi’. Touted to be a horror thriller, it is being directed by Kishore and jointly produced by Sreedhar Reddy, Anand Reddy and RK Reddy while Hari Gowra scored music for this movie.
Raai Laxmi, Ram Karthik and Pujita Ponnada are playing the main lead along with Praveen, Madhunandan and many others will be seen in supporting roles in this movie “Our film has generated a lot of interest after the unveiling of first look and trailer and we are planning to release the film on March 15 in as many theatres as possible,” aver makers.
Nonetheless, Rai Laxmi joins the list of actresses who are making waves in women-centric movies like Anushka, Samantha and Nayantara. “I was looking for the right kind of role in Telugu and this film aptly fits the bill,” Raai Laxmi had said.
