OIKOTAN, an NGO, promoted by few Bengali speaking individuals with an objective to promote art, culture etc, in association with Government of Telangana is organising SANGAM Confluence of Cultures, a multicultural dance, music and drama programme on Saturday February 16th evening from 6 pm onwards at Phoenix Arena, HiTec City, Hyderabad

The inaugural session of the programme will be inaugurated by Mamidi Hari Krishna, Director, Dept of Culture & Language, along with Chandana Khan, former Chairman & MD, APTDC.
