Khammam: People must teach fitting lesson by utilising their voting right properly to the leaders who did not bother to solve their issues, appealed Sakala Janula Vedika (SJV) general secretary Prof A Vinayaka Reddy on Friday. He along with members of the association released the booklet titled ‘Why to vote’ in a meeting held at DRS Degree College in Khammam.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof A Vinayaka Reddy alleged that caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao ruled like a landlord and did not bother about the people’s sufferings, rather he adopted anti-people policies in the State.
CM KCR did not fulfill any of the poll promises that are made before going to elections in 2014 and ruled undemocratically in the State. He did not even exerted pressure on the Central government for implementation of rights that are mentioned during the time of bifurcation of State, he added. Only to hand over the power to his son KTR, the Chief Minister dissolved the Assembly before nine months and wasted the public money. Without providing employment opportunities to the unemployed youth, KCR is once again trying to deceive the people with mesmerizing words.
People are watching every move and are ready to teach fitting lesson to such leaders who deceived them with hollow promises, he warned. The State president of Vidhyavanthula Vedika A Nagaiah, members of Sakala Janula Vedika, L Prasad,V Mohan Reddy, Srinivas and others were present on the occasion.
