Khairatabad: Jalamandali executive director M Sathyanarayana instructed officials to address the complaints as soon as they were received. He was speaking during ‘Dial your MD’ and ‘Meet your MD’ programmes at Jalamandali main office here on Sunday.
During ‘Dial your MD’ programme, four complaints were received from Yellamma Banda, Himayathnagar, Kukatpally and Saidabad on irregular water supply and water pressure. Similarly, 10 complaints on similar issues were received from Nagole, Yakutpura, Nizampet, Mothinagar, Kondapur, and Maredpally during ‘Meet your MD’ programme. Sathyanarayana instructed officials concerned to address the complaints received on immediate basis.
Earlier, Jalamandali M Dana Kishore held review meeting with O&M officials on sewerage issues. He urged officials to respond to complaints on immediate basis. He expressed happiness over Jalamandali standing first in Central Urban development department’s ‘Technology Challenge’ in sewerage systems and cleanliness category. He advised officials and staff to strive to provide better services to consumers. Among those who participated in the meetings include Jalamandali operation directors Ajmeera Krishna, P Ravi, Chief general managers and general managers of O&M circle and revenue departments.
