Hyderabad: Bharatiya Janata Party former MLA Raja Singh on Sunday met the Abids police officials. As the police officials issued notices to the MLA regarding the Tiranga Yatra on August 15 without taking permission from the police and told him to present before them on September 17, Raja Singh met senior police officials of Abids police station and asked them why they issued notices to him. He questioned police officials that don’t they have a right to celebrate the Independence Day by taking Tiranga Yatras.
After the meeting with police officials, addressing the media Raja Singh said the police officials did not have any answer with them regarding the notices issued. He told that senior police officers replied him by saying the orders came from the higher police officials to issue notices to him. And when he asked they told him the orders came from the care-taker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
Raja Singh slammed the care- taker TRS government saying KCR’s car steerings were handled by the MIM party. On their directions the government heads were harassing him. He alleged that a Razakar soul entered the body of K Chandrashekar Rao that’s why he was asking for permission to conduct Tiranga Yatra.
Raja Singh questioned whether Telangana is in India or in Pakistan? He challenged the police to arrest him as he participated in 15 meetings and rallies on Telangana Vimochan Day on September 17 in the city. Replying to a question Raja Singh clarified that he will contest from Goshmahal constituency from BJP once again.
