Today Apple announced the winners of its ‘Shot on iPhone Challenge’ that happened between January 22 and February 7.
10 entries made it to the top and they will be featured on Apple’s adverts, social media channels and in retail stores.
The winning entries were shown off in the US on the Today show by Apple representative Kaiann Drance. The pictures clicked on Apple smartphones ranging from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone XS Max.

A panel of prominent photographers selected the winners, which includes official Obama White House photographer Pete Souza and Annet de Graaf an iPhone travel photographer. Entries were received from across the globe, with winners from Belarus, Germany, Singapore, Israel and the United States.

Apple has also announced that the winners will be paid a licensing fee after the company received criticism to use the photos for marketing purposes without compensating the photographers.
