Google results show Indian PM Narendra Modi in #Top10Crinimals list search

Indians on Wednesday displayed emotions ranging from anger and dismay to shame and embarrassment after it was revealed that Google search for Top 10 criminals fetched pictures of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Modi supporters and Indians went beserk on Twitter expressing shock and disappointment over such negligence by Google.

When Modi detractors used the opportunity to have a field day at the PM's expense. A tweet read: "Those who rejoice in PM's image in #Top10Criminals are not just Anti Modi, but Anti India. It isnt abt Modi but abt India."

Another irate Indian slammed Google for technical goof up saying: "Hey @google the Indian Prime Min listed in #Top10Criminals really? Time u changed ur algorithm,this is just so wrong."

To pacify angry Indians, a person gave a logical explantion for what had happened. Arun Nayak also offered a possible solution. He said: "The list also has images like:

Bill Gates, Ram Jethmalani, Akshay Kumar.. More over Modi's pics are being fecthed from article posted in telegraph.co.uk, dnaindia , theguardian The Headline: India's supreme court says 'criminal' politicians should not be in government"13 of PM Narendra Modi's 45 cabinet members face charges including rape and judges hope he will disqualify them" Remove the articles the pictures will be gone.."
