Rajnath press meet post BJP landslide victory

After winning a sensational victory with a clear majority, the BJP Headquarters is agog with celebration and excitement. The chief leaders have now commenced the first ever press conference after the results are out and the counting ongoing. Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Ravishankar Prasad and Venkaiah Nadiu have now taken over the pedestal to address the media and press.

Rajnath Singh expressed his joy over the Party's victory and stated that the results for BJP this time mark a new era in the Indian Politics. This is the first major victory with clear majority ever since 1984 for BJP. He stated that Modi Sarakr is all geared up to change the face of the Nation.

Singh thanked the NDA allied who fought in tandem with the Party to sweep across the Nation with a winning count. He also congratulated other independents who are now on their way to trail with favorable numbers. He fondly recollected Atal Bihari Vajpayee's words for the Party ruling the country sooner or later - "The Lotus will Bloom", Singh reiterated Vajpayee's words in the conference.

When asked about the final selection of the Party's cabinet, Rajnath Singh stated that there will be a Central Parliament Board Meeting that will be held tomorrow in which BJP members will finalize the responsibilities to be entrusted to the core team. This decision will made on the basis of majority ruling.

Rajnath Singh also expressed that BJP welcomes any party that wants to associate with them to works towards the upliftment of the democracy in totality. He greatly revered L K Advani and stated that he is their senior member and a guardian who will continue to be so. Recollecting the groundwork done by Vajpayee and Advani, Singh stated that the final decision to be made tomorrow will take into consideration the best interests of both NDA and BJP.
