It is strange that the Apex Court, in a case, given that the woman was having an extra-marital affair, held that "it is not a murder if a woman killed her husband for calling her (and their daughters )'prostitutes'.

Instead, in all innocence I ask, should the husband call his wife 'a faithful and chaste woman'? Albeit, no lady would like to hear such a word from her husband, more so against her daughters, under normally prevailing of circumstances of mutual trust and fidelity, unlike the present instance where the "provocation" said to have led the woman to lose self-control, also cannot be said to be sudden at all.
