The Cyberabad police produced four employees of IT Grids India Private Limited before the High Court Judge Justice Chowhan in Kundanbagh on Monday. After hearing the arguments in the Habeas corpus writ petition filed by the company Director D Ashok, the judge on Sunday ordered Cyberabad police to produce the four employees who were in their custody before the court. Based on the directions of the court police produced four employees namely R Bhaskar, K Phani, G Chandrasekhar and R Vikram Goud before judge.
Earlier based on the complaint lodged by T Lokeswara Reddy, the Cyberabad Cyber Crime police conducted searches in the office and houses of the suspected employees on Saturday and Sunday and seized key hard discs and interrogated them. They are on the job of decoding the data in the hard discs to unearth the truth in the alleged data theft for electoral manipulation case of IT Grids India Private Limited.
The complainant Lokeswara Reddy mainly alleged that IT Grids company indulged in data theft from the Andhra Pradesh government pertaining the information related to the beneficiaries of various schemes, voters, their personal data including their castes and Aadhar cards. He alleged that they were manipulating the electoral data in favour of a political party by adding and deleting the voters from the electoral list to ascertain a political benefits to a party.
