The Intelligence Security Wing (ISW) has issued notices to Congress leaders Jana Reddy and Shabbir Ali to pay Rs 9 lakh for using government's bullet-proof cars during elections.
In the notice, it asked Shabbir Ali to pay Rs 4.79 lakh for using the vehicle for a period of 90 days and Jana Reddy to pay Rs 4.20 lakh for 83 days. The Intelligence department officials said that the political leaders were provided the vehicles for security reasons and the cost will be borne by them, according to ECI.
