Extra-marital affair: Woman kills father-in-law with paramour's help in Nizamabad

A woman with the help of her paramour killed her father-in-law who learned about her illicit affair with their neighbour Raju.

Lavanya who got married to Vital, a native of Chinna Rampur village of Banswada developed an extra-marital relation with her neighbour Raju. Learning about the affair, the woman's father-in-law Gangaram (60) warned the duo to stay away from each other. On December 22, Gangaram picked up a quarrel with Lavanya over the issue following which she called up Raju and planned to kill him.

Gangaram who went on night duty was attacked with a knife by Raju and succumbed to injuries. The police who examined the spot recovered the knife and launched an investigation. The duo was held by the police on Thursday.
