Kadapa: December 27; Chief Minister N.Chandra Babu naidu has said that Rayala Seema Steel Corporation (RSSC) would be completed within two years and dedicated it to the nation. Addressing huge public meeting after laying foundation stone for steel plant at M.Kambala Dinne village of Mylavaram mandal on Thursday he said despite central government ignored to extend its cooperation for proposed unit, his government is taking pains for establishing the unit in the interest of providing employment to the local youth.
The chief minister has recalled that state government has cleared every doubt raised by the central for 11 times over provision of infrastructure facilities like raid, rail connectivity, water, mines, land etc facilities and prepared to bear Rs 900 crores subsidy but BJP lead NDA government reluctant all proposals because of only political reasons. He said after all his efforts in pressuring the central government ended in vain finally state government came to conclusion over running the unit of its own.
He said in the first phase government is proposed to invest Rs 20,000 crores of which 5,000 people would get employment, in the second phased Rs 15,000 crores would be invested in the interest of providing employment to another 5,000 unemployed.
Alleging that during the Rajasekhar Reddy regime government has acquired about 13,000 acres for Brahmani steel which actually not required for the unit as they secured Rs 1200 croes by pledging the government land in the banks. However he said the aim of the government in completing the Brahmani steels not fulfilled instead Rs 30,000 crores public money was looted by illegally transporting the iron ore from Obulapuram mines.
While questioning the credibility of YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan for stand still the central government over establishment of steel plant, chief minister urged the people to have under stand how YSR family having clarity over the development of Kadapa district. He said M.Kambala Dinne village should become town ship very soon with the several related industries are going to establish in this region.
Interestingly in the last 15 minutes of his speech chief minister has conducted electioneering for 2019 elections. He said if TDP voted to power in 2004 elections the fate of the state would have witnessed differently and at the same time if TDP fails to emerged to power in 2014 elections people would not imagine the pathetic condition of the newly floated AP state.
Without naming YSR Congress party, Chandra Babu naidu has pointed out people of Kadapa had committed blunder mistake by providing victory to that party in all 9 constituencies and two MP seats, but government is stick-on its assurances for the development of Kadapa district in all fronts. He said if the people wanted to witness the same development they must franchise their vote in favor of TDP in 2019 general elections.
“I have no discrimination over the development of Kadapa district as the government has spent Rs 1200 crores only on irrigation projects in the district. Following initiative taken by the government there was 12 tmcft of water was stored in Gandikota Reservoir as people have no scarcity of water for agriculture operations. But at the same time you should think over franchising their vote for which political party in ensuing elections”. He said. Marketing minister C.Adinarayana Reddy, minister Sujaya Krishna Ranga Rao, Rajya Sabha member CM Ramesh, MLC B.Tech Ravi, former MLA P.Ramasubba Reddy, APMDC secretary B.Srihar , vice chairman Venkaiah chowdary, RSSC CMD P.Madhu Sudhan Rao collector CH.Harikiran and others were present.
