The movie is an ode to the historic Rani Jhansi, who fought for freedom 160 years ago. The trailer witnesses the valor and courage of one of the fiercest queens of India. The film is based on the life of Rani Laxmi Bai of Jhansi and her war against the British East India Company, during the Indian Rebellion of 1857.

The film is scheduled to be released on 25 January 2019.
