AICC president Rahul Gandhi said that the TRS government imposed Rs 2.5 lakh debt on each person of the state.
Addressing public meeting at Bhupalpally, he said the TRS turned a surplus budget state into debt ridden one.
The tribals and SCs were deprived of their rights on the land. Centre failed to fulfil the promise on establishing tribal university.
