HYDERABAD: The second test match between India and West Indies, which is scheduled to take place from October 12th to 16th at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal, is said to be deployed for bandobast of 1,500 policemen.

As per security constraints, spectators are not allowed to carry items like laptops, banners, water bottles, cameras, cigarettes, electronic items, matchbox, lighters, sharp metal/plastic objects, binoculars, coins, batteries, helmets, bags and outside eatables.

Elaborate arrangements have been made in coordination with various wings, including armed forces platoons, Octopus and mounted police. 100 CCTV cameras have been installed in and around the stadium including vehicle checkpoints and parking places. A separate SHE team will be deployed for safety of women in the stadium.
