Two people were killed including a woman after the car they were travelling in being hit by a lorry on Wednesday morning.

The incident took place at Tallagudem village of Yadadri on Warangal-Hyderabad highway. The two victims died on the spot.

Passersby alerted the police, who registered a case and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
