The Chefs at Mercure have recreated a range of archetypal dishes in their most authentic form. As a part of their dinner buffet, the festival promises some of the best amalgamation of dishes most relished from the state including Mutton Pulao, OuuruKodipulusu, Talakayakura, Mutton Liver Fry, Dosakaipappu, Pachipulusu, Sakinallu, Jowar Roti, Kobbarilauzu, Pongali, etc.
