Kudos to GHMC for evolving Hyderabadis!

Welcome to the biggest lab in the world, Hyderabad, a city of the most evolved super beings, a creation of the great Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, which deserves acclaim and awards for its sheer genius in imbuing unique characteristics among the citizens. Though those at the helm of affairs have proved to be chronically incompetent in implementing their civic responsibilities, the administrators have demonstrated their credentials as scientists with a track record of stupendous successes in their experiments with the citizens.

Be it Extra Sensory Perceptions (ESP), intuitive and instinctive premonitions, or even genetic mutations, the metamorphoses has been happening so fast that Charles Darwin might me squirming in his grave for having theorised that evolutionary changes occur over centuries. But, he would be happy that at least his most significant precept about environment’s influence on evolution, being substantively established by the esteemed Municipal Corporation.

GHMC scientists have designed the most conducive environment omnipresent craters, pot holes overflowing drainages and open manholes with commendable objective of creating a sturdy citizenry with built-in flexibility to adjust to adversities. And, all kudos to them for accomplishing this mission!

Come monsoon and the intuitive and instinctive trait in Hyderabadis become fully functional which enable them to ‘sense’ potholes and ‘wade or maneuver’ through extensive stretches of knee-deep streams of rain water accumulated in perhaps the biggest water harvesting structures. The Municipal administration is also ensuring that the citizens imbibe strong immunity to diseases by exposing them to hordes of mosquitoes and ubiquitous bacteria spawned in stagnant drains and accumulated garbage.

The corporation’s commitment to continuous innovation for the well-being of the citizens is evident from the infrastructure and ‘super’ structures designed by it in collaboration with the Pollution Control Board to facilitate confluence of toxic waste and effluents, drain water, rain water in fresh water lakes. Why question and crib over the pervasive stink and stench from perennial, when the intention is to increase the tolerance limit of the olfactory senses.

In what can be genuinely viewed as brainwaves emanating from the most illuminated minds, the great Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad has accomplished the impossible task of converting the vertebral column of the citizens into robust shock absorbers by making them negotiate the deep potholes and bumpy and humpy speed breakers.

So, instead of venting their spleen against the great Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the citizens of this great city need to appreciate its achievements in making them super beings with evolved physical. And mental attributes. In fact, considering the fact that there could be no greater achievement than that demonstrated by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the evolutionary and revolutionary technologies conceived and implemented by the civic body qualifies to be patented.
